Managing Project Schedules, Resources and Costs
This course will enable participants to understand and apply methods for diagramming and scheduling projects. The participants will be introduced to project networking methods, which are designed to provide the team with a coherent understanding of the relationships among the various project activities.
Next, we will calculate a project schedule, and introduce the concept of the project critical path and its significance. Finally, we illustrate how, based on the project network and schedule, the team can develop a project budget.
